- Water Problems: (a) Discolored Water coming from Home-----Try running your water for (1) hour to clear the line. If the water is still discolored, the individual homeowner must call 410-396-5352 or 443-263-2220. A worker will come out to flush the discolored water from the public mains.
- Broken Water Main: Baltimore City Water Maintenance Division at 410-396-5352. They will send someone out within 24 hours for repair.
- Street Light Problems: 800-685-0123 or 877-778-2222 Note: When calling in a street light problem, make sure you give the representative the pole # of the outage and a house address to its closest location. After the complaint is given, ask the rep for a reference # of the call. It's good to have a reference # in case your problem isn't resolved. BG&E allows 72 hours for a repair unless there's bad weather in our location.

- Handicap Parking Sign Removal: MVA 410-768-7646; listen to recording and press option #3; If a "live" person doesn't answer your call, please leave your name and contact info along with the location of where the signs are located that have to be removed.
- Out-of-State License Plates: MVA Investigations Unit at 443-572-8247 and leave the information on their recorder. Claim will be investigated.
